DESCRIPTION:
THE
ADARA PRESS ® 52 USES THE NEW REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGY FOR
MULTILAYERS AND BASE MATERIALS PRODUCTION.
IT HAS A SINGLE OPENING WHERE THE HIGH STACK OF MATERIAL IS PLACED.
THE STACK IS HEATED BY JOULE EFFECT DIRECTLY GENERATED, IN ITS
CONTINUOUS COPPER FOIl, THANKS TO CURRENT CIRCULATION.
BY THIS SYSTEM EACH LAYER OF THE STACK IS HEATED UNIFORMLY AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEATING PROFILE MORE SUITABLE FOR EACH PREPREG
TYPE.
HEATING PROFILE, PRESSURE, VACUUM AND ALL OTHER PROCESS PARAMETERS ARE
HANDLED
AND CONTROLLED BY COMPUTER.
THE PRESSURE ON THE STACK IS APPLIED BY A FLOATING PLATE MOVED BY
AN AIRBAG.
THIS PRESSURE SYSTEM GUARANTEES HIGH THICKNESS ACCURACY.
THE MAIN CHARACTERISTIC OF ADARA MODEL 52 IS THE POSSIBILITY TO REDUCE ITS OPENING,
MOVING THE BOTTOM PARTS OF THE PRESS BY HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS.
